Today I’m not writing much because one of our friends is suddenly in hospital in Modena with septic shock and I just can’t get it together to say anything other than that mama and papa and I are holding a vigil and sending white light to surround her and just thinking the best thoughts we can about our dear friend and hoping and praying that it all reaches her and sends her on her way to health.
I’m sorry not to write something, but I know you understand, and I’m crossing my paws all night tonight for her safety because she knows me well and loves me and vice versa. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you for all of those lovely things. I gave kitty kisses all afternoon when mama and papa found out that their Kate had died. I loved that lady so, so much, too.
