Out of focus, but I was moving FAST!
Today I would like to get back to my adventures in the villa and how two kitty-lovers made my life there so interesting.
First, a friend of mama suggested a visit to me in my dunge…er…lovely room, and here she came, speaking softy and asking if I would like a little walk about the first floor and of course I said, “Right on, friend of mama!” And off we went, no leash, but she watched me carefully and I explored under beds and into bathrooms and all around until I was a bit overwhelmed and so led mama’s friend back to my quarters and took a long nap.
Then the next morning, Jacquie, mama of Binky who writes me periodically, came up to my room and gently put my flexible leash on with my little strappy halter and we went all over the place having fun and exploring again and I was so, so happy to find new stuff to sniff and then I led her back on her leash, haha, to my room to, guess what, take a long nap.
SO—that said, I think that having a slightly lighter halter and a long extensible leash may have changed my sedentary life when we travel. But of course, I am a fairly easy-going kitty and I’m open to new ideas and experiences because, hey, what is life but surprises and change? Can’t do much about that. And if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em. And now I can lead mama around on HER leash, for a change.
So, happy travels from Loulou the Leash Lover! And thank you, mama’s friends, for opening up my vistas (whatever THEY are).
But, before the explore, always have dinner!

That’s lovely Loulou, a nice, gentle exploration can be marvellous, when followed by a one-leg-slung-low sleep on a lovely bed cover.

I miss you sweet Loulou! I can’t wait to see you again in France or Italy. I will bring you wild salmon and we can go for a walk and see what’s up outside. After that…a nice long nap. Take good care of your mama and papa! Binky says hi!
