This is an attempt to answer the questions for The Black Cat Blue Sea Award:

  1. Well, Raena Belle and Dezi say I should tell you why I started blogging and all I can say is that one day I started thinking about Life and Love and Family and World Events and People Who Inspire Me and all those sorts of things and I just started writing and wrote nine pages (single-spaced) and then thought, no one wants to read nine pages of my meanderings and so I broke up the pages into what became the first blogs I ever wrote and then everything flowed from there.  I think a kitty sees more about what’s going on than some anthros, although mama helped me a lot. Here’s what she said about that:  Loulou, I love to write and love to put my observations into words and so voila’!  I write because I adore it and simply cannot NOT write.  But I love to amuse others, too, or perhaps stir them up a bit every now and then.  I certainly am stirred up by other bloggers! I was not nominated, but only wished to say how and why I blog.  Thank you, Raena, for suggesting I do this.

2. Mama says that as a teen, she loved to write and then had a fantastic teacher at 16 who gave her encouragement and she loved to draw and so illustrated some of her stories.  She originally wanted to be a…get this…psychiatrist, because people are so very interesting, and she loves how they tick and tock and so really wanted to do that.  But so many others things came along at once to do and she gave that up except for watching the human race with an interested eye, and now she comments on what she has seen during all those years afterward.  The human race is almost as interesting as WE are!

3. Regret is a word not used around here very often, but mama regrets more than anything not treating someone with total respect and love and doing whatever she can to make others’ lives joyful.  She is a southerner and came from a very outgoing family, but she was somewhat of a black sheep because of her ideas about equality and because of that, she decided to just be true to herself as much as possible and try never to harm others and listen to the many voices of so many who have so much to say and so much from which to learn.  She regrets not doing this sometimes…so I try to guide her.

I have to say that Raena Belle and I share the same feeling about naming bloggers.  There are just too many wonderful bloggers that inspire me every day and make us all laugh and stimulate our thinking about the world that I just have to say the same thing Raena said.  If any of you feel like answering the questions and entering the contest, please feel free.  I love too many blogs to name eight.
