Bask, bask, bask…

Well, mama is borrowing a spark from her YouTube exercise person, Pahla B, which is about the fact that we think hundreds of thoughts a day and some aren’t all that great for your well-being and so try this:

If a thought feels bad, it’s a bad thought. Ditch it. (Mama puts it mentally in the Trash on her computer).

If a thought feels good, makes your body feel good, makes your heart feel open and your mind expand, it’s a good thought.

We think all sorts of bad thoughts quite naturally all day long so it’s a fun exercise to pick out ones that don’t drag us down, right?

So I hope this is a fun exercise for you.

I am here with my aunty Sue, basking in the sun and FINALLY having a rest from all those head rubs and tummy tickles. Whew…life is good
