I  AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE! ARE YOU?

Well, today, papa, mama and I are a bit overwhelmed when we think that ANYONE on this planet believes the pandemic will be over by Easter!

Opening the country before this virus is under control is not good for the economy, as more citizens will be infected and more jobs lost and hospitals will find themselves unable to handle the victims.  Doctors will have to choose who lives and who dies.  Harsh words, but facts.

Every spokesperson from an infected country, every medical expert from all afflicted countries report that this virus WILL NOT END until we all stay home and away from others.

Yes, it is terribly difficult, yes, it is especially hard for those without means, for the poor, for the homeless, for the elderly, for those who live alone.  A disruption such as this is extremely hard to adjust to, but we MUST adapt and stay put and stay away from others or face a worse pandemic in the near future.

I am thankful every day that kitties and other animal are not at risk, but should we find ourselves without our mamas and papas, we are definitely at risk!!!

STAY HOME, AND PLEASE READ THESE  THESE GUIDELINES.

Okay, I’ll move on….

We must have smiles now, more than ever.  Thank you, Mya’s maman, for this  one!  The one thing that’s best to do together each day is LAUGH!

I’ll just sing along with that doggy…….

We agree with you, Loulou. Too bad that there are others in control who don’t. Sad for all of us.

Loulou, we are all in this together and the best thing we can do until it’s over – is isolate. Mama’ friend in New Orleans sent her an article yesterday about how there are so many cases they have run out of hospital beds (because of Mardi Gras – think Easter !) and are going to take over the convention center to create a temporary hospital. It’s better than the economy suffers a bit – it will rebound. People who die, won’t.

Funnies and laughs are good, the evil virus is not good. Stay safe, healthy and virus-free.

Oh LouLou – you are so right The UK’s prime minister has now tested positive for the virus.
The only thing we can do is take care of ourselves and those we are able to care for. If others choose to ignore the warnings, that is their choice.

Several years ago there were many e.coli cases linked to bagged salad mixes. At which time I began suggesting to customers that they boil them first.Personally, I just went back to canned spinach.
