Yeah, but mama, we’ve been having this heart to heart for about 15 minutes and I’m still a bit worried about my sailing future.
Well, Loulou, for one thing, there are no sails on that woo-woo monster, and you can rest assured that we would never take you out on rough seas. Wasn’t the trip home easy and uneventful? And didn’t you love just grooving in your own personal closet? No seasickness? And then getting home with treats and a garden?
Okay, okay, but for the next few days, I’m going to have to really kick back and relax. NO interruptions.

Oh Loulou – think of the POSITIVE side!! All those people, after a few drinks, will be dropping bits and pieces of goodies on the FLOOR. Oooooh, wish I were there to help you “hoover”!! My specialty. Mama had this great idea to reserve at the Westminster bar to watch the fireworks over the bay. Well, they reserved, but found out after there won’t be any fireworks. I’m secretly pleased, teehee.
Well, check this out, too. Mama and papa were invited to a lunch today, potluck, and it has been CANCELLED because the host and hostess are SICK. Poor they, but LUCKY, WE!!! Now we’ll get to have lunch together and REST a bit.

Oh, oh, firecrackers and animals do NOT mix. And our fireworks only start at midnight. Mama and papa usually sack out before that and then wake up and go out again for the sparklers.
