Well, yes, Loulou, this is a true and amazing experience and what a courageous little 12-year-old boy!
But, mama, I just know that if I had been there I would have meowed way too loudly and probably ended up as hors d’oeuvres for that gigantic creature.
I just hope the grandma stopped howling or she might have been the main course, haha.
But seriously, folks, I am very glad we do not have bears around here because they would NOT fit in the cage mama built…
Yes, mama finally put together her first tomato cage (more to come).
Not sure those tomatoes are going to be that tall, mama, with this weird weather we are having, just sayin’…
But I leave you with this: you really do not want to be out in public with a “bear” behind, haha.

Oh, thank you. It’s just that being a little wired helps, haha. Mama LOVES tomato cages and yes, he was so, so brave.
Wow, Loulou – don’t eat all those tomatoes – and call me when they’re ready, teehee. If the donks don’t get them first! They have me on cucumber treats (fewer calories) – but they will revert back to tomatoes when I get this long fur trimmed and they see how svelte I am underneath. Hope they planted some NIP!!!!
OH I have a new nip bed that came up on its own during the last rains. Thanks to birdies dropping seeds, I think.
