Well, mama has just done Monday’s post and is sequeing into today’s, but it’s going to be short and sweet because she has to tend to the parched garden, make more focaccia for tonight’s last dinner (vegan chef!) and write her own Substack, plus housework, sigh….
Oh, and laundry…
Hope your Tuesday is tickle-some and toothsome. Make some fritters to lift your spirits if they are sagging a bit.
Any vegetable leftovers, a pinch of baking powder, an egg, a little parmesan, some chopped onion and garlic, a half-cup of flour or whatever makes the whole shebang hold together enough to sauté in spoonfuls, flattened in very hot olive oil. Drain and serve with those who love hot sauce…or a yogurt dip.

A good time for a little frittering…
These look so good! Now I am hungry again.
Make more than you need for later….
Yes, your mama deserves a rest. XO
Oh, boy, Ms E, she is taking one, believe you me.
Viva la fritters !
LOVE the zucchini ones that Pam had on her blog the other day, made with bacon!
Those fritters sure do look great!
