My sneaky selfie….

I knew there were lots of lemons, mama, but it’s pretty hard to communicate properly from here, haha….
Well, now that mama can SEE without her cataracts, she sees that there are a gazillion lemons on our tree, just about ready for the neighbors in January or February and then we will have to prune a bit.
She thought there were ‘a few’ before she went to Rome and had the operation on her eyeballs and now!!! SURPRISE!! Lemon heaven!
Looks as if Limoncello is about to be in the works, too….

Wish we could share them with you…….

What fun to have a lemon tree!
Oh, it is and it’s a doozie…lemons for all the neighbors, too.
WOW! That’s a whole lot of lemonade! Cataract surgery is in more ways than one an “eye opener” isn’t it. I was amazed myself.
Hugs, Pam
HAHA oui it was an “eye opener” for mama…she has a whole new wardrobe of clothes she thought were other colors, haha. Wonderful not to have to shop for ages….
Wow~! That is a lot of lemons. xO
Oui, enough for the neighbors too!
What joy, a big harvest! You might also make lemon meringue pie.
Heh, heh, someone will do that for sure and mama makes little lemon tarts that are pretty tasty.
The lemon tree sure is pretty!

Merci, Mr T. And the leaves are evidently very good as a healthful tea.
Hurrah for Limoncello !
