Uh, oh, oops! I really wanted a good selfie, but not of my eyebrows!!! Well, anyway, let’s just say it’s a photo of my brain covering and there’s a lot going on in there, believe it or not. Mama has been watching a UTube opera of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas done by the Berlin philharmonic and if you want to see an unusual staging of an opera and hear an opera that does not sound exactly like the operas everyone knows, take a peek at this.
You may not have time for all three acts, but wow, what a beginning! I hope that water was warm. You’re not going to catch me trying out for that production, that’s for sure!
It’s pouring here with thunder (my favourite, haha) and lightening that lit up our bedroom last night as if someone had come in with a torch. Very dramatic around here, but frankly, I want the soft Spanish winds back and a DRY garden! Maybe in two days…
I’m off to take some swimming lessons. I just might try out for a part after all. I hear the wrap parties have some really good nibbles at them.

And speaking of music, I just heard for the first time Dezi’s mama, Audra, singing two Christmas carols and let me tell you, that lady has a VOICE!
So beautiful. Mama sang along with her, doing the harmony. Wish we lived closer to you, Dezi.
I have heard Dezi’s Mom sing on a video too and I agree, she does have an amazing voice. That water opera does look interesting.
Oh LouLou, we don’t know ;bout dat opera. We think we’ll pass too. MOL Sorry you’re gettin’ rain, we are too. And mommy says winters comin’ and dat means more of da same purrobably. 🙁 Oh well, at least we have a nice safe home to stay in so we don;t have to be out in it. Mommy says fank you very much. We wish ya’ll lived closer too.
