That’s about all we can do around here, so we’re letting it in, especially into our poor, sad hearts that have to watch this world being so misused by so many seriously evil humans. Hard to call some ‘human’…
BUT…it is kitties and other loving animals who will keep us sane, right? They/WE are so good at that. Mama is making a new bread, which makes us all very happy and it’s filled with rosemary from the garden. Good for memory….
Mama says we’ll see about that, haha.

Thin-strip zucchine salad (zucchine is the correct Italian spelling–just like to use it), with lemon juice, salt, chickpeas that have been marinating in vinegar and onion, and a smooth sauce underneath of cottage cheese or ricotta puréed with garlic, basil or cilantro, salt and olive oil.
