Well, mama’s mama once, for initiation, had to stand up in front of her sorority group (long, long ago!) and make everyone in the room yawn.

It really works, eh? As if kitties needed help to sleep, haha.
Yawns are just a bit “contagious”…..if my Mom sees my Dad yawning it makes her yawn. I yawn all the time because napping is my favorite activity and I signal I’m ready for a snooze by opening my big mouth and showing off my teeth!!!!

Well, I was actually giving a lecture on why extra kibble is important to kitties’ health and welfare, and mama caught me during the speech with my muzzle open, haha.

Oh, mama loves things that parents used to say…My mama’s mama said things like that too. “Hey” is for horses, or when mama would say fer for for “Cat’s fur for kitten britches”…and more…
LOL – Loulou -your yawns are bigger than mine!! BUT we have about the same number of teeth. Which makes it a bit hard to eat meat. But we do it!!!!
Well, mama’s making peposo today so maybe she’ll chew up a bit for me before seasonings, haha.
