ARGGGGGGGGGGH!
Well, this incident is too close to home! Mama and papa were coming back from the permaculture garden and VERY close to our house, too close, if you ask me, was this little creature, rubbing around on the shrubbery and looking seductive, knowing full well that mama is a pushover for kitties wandering the streets. Just look at that playing dumb aren’t-I-the-cutest-thing-you-have-ever-seen look. Hey, takes one to know one, haha.
Now I’ve see this kitty around Jean’s garden, and I never paid much attention. But NOW, if this kitty coming sidling back into the garden thinking that mama is going to give her something good to eat or maybe even ask her in to have kibble with ME, I’m outta here.
She’s fat, though, and sassy, that’s for sure, so I’m pretty confident that she has a family somewhere near here. I’m going to ask around just to make sure she dines AT HOME!
Two can play at that game, right? So would you take ME home if you saw me giving you that LOOK?
No? Uh, oh, I had better go on high alert around here. That grey baby is not setting paws in Jean’s garden again!
I’ve asked the tourterelles to keep an eye out…we get along because I don’t eat them.

Uh oh – mama is giving that cutie The Eye!!!! She is asking if I would like a nice kitty playmate and NO, don’t THINK so. Well, unless she would be as nice as you. And ride in my poussette to keep me company and NOT eat my kibbles. Sounds like difficile criteria to me. Mama shakin her head. She does that a lot….. well Good Luck Loulou. You know we have to stick together.
It’s hard not to give food and shelter to a kitty – or a doggy for that matter – in distress. True, this one looks well kept enough. Let’s hope he has a caring family nearby.

Hoe is your mama doing in preparing for the exhibit?
She is not doing at all what she’d LIKE to be doing. But I think it’ll get better soon. As for that kitty, NO BUNK. And a tourterelles is a love bird, a dove of sorts. Just love the French name for dove.
