BACK ALREADY? Curses!
Uh, oh, they barely left before I was hearing the (dreaded) automobile arrive in the garage! That was a fast trip, you two!
I did not have TIME to get my fur all over the newly-washed duvet, flip a little piece of my food (accidentally, haha) onto the floor where the (dreaded) ants could pig out with a line a mile long behind them waiting for a munch, pee in my liter box, knowing full well that I might miss a little “accidentally” and it would sprinkle instead onto the puppy pad (embarrassing to have to put them there but they work so well for mama; just wish they were called kitty pads), and I could have raised hell in the garden (don’t ask me how, but I would have figured out something) if the door had not been CLOSED…I tried to push it with my paw, which I have learned to do quite well, but it was LOCKED! So much for education.
Why did they leave and then come back too soon and take away all my fun?
Okay, okay, it’s really best to stay in with this heat wave hitting us, but really, folks, we kitties need a day to ourselves every now and then, no?
I think I heard them say they were going to get clams for spaghetti…HAH! I can think up LOTS to mess with this time, eve🌸🌸n if it is only 15 minutes!
Wait…If I misbehave, I might not get a clam. Shucks…foiled again.

Happy Birthday (Loulou’s) Aunty Barbara!!!! And I’ll bet you were GLAD to see your peeps drive home! But cat’s are like that – they don’t jump and wag tails like doggies do! Well, I fell yesterday and had to go to the vet (limping) – but I’m all better this morning! Nothing broken – just a muscle pulled. Whew!!

Oh I’m sorry you didn’t get enough time to yourself but I’m sure your parents though they’d best not leave you TOO LONG or you’d get into some sort of “SITUATION” on your own. I do hope though that you were able to score a clam or two.
