4. My first encounters with kitties (and doggies) and their antics___made me truly laugh. Now I go to commedians on Instagram to brighten my day and some are hilarious.

Mama bought asparagus and lemons here yesterday and left the package at the market. She went back to day and they were so nice and put her bag INTO her market cadddy and gave her some weird eggplant along with it and a little sweet scolding…she’s been shopping at this particular part of the market for about 30 years!
Has anyone ever seen such long skinny eggplant? And that’s a GIANT garlic next to it, called aglione, or…duh…giant garlic. If you put ‘one’ on the end of a word in Italian, it means BIG. Mangione is a big eater, buffone is a really big buffo, which is silly, funny person, but buffone is derogatory– someone who is really, really stupidly silly and nuts. We have a buffone in Washington…several.
