Maybe I could move to The Long and Winding Road to get rid of this earworm!
1. A recent earworm I had was __Get Back because mama and papa are watching the Beatles documentary, whoever they are. Just kidding, even KITTIES know those rowdy creative geniuses. Get back, Jojo.
2. I have no interest in reading __bad news every morning from all kinds of online news sources. Mama has stopped reading a lot of them, too. Now I just make up the news in my little pea brain, haha.
3. I would give __my jab__ in exchange for __BEING WELL!
4. Mama cooking__ is my favorite scent, but I have to say Bellodgia, mama’s perfume, carnation and clove and a few other flowers, which she has worn since young adulthood and it was taken off the market two years ago because of someone’s allergy to carnations (!) and then the perfume expert at the company revived the scent almost exactly like the orginal and we are so happy!
Wow, that’s a pretty long answer to number 4. Maybe I should have stayed with ‘mama’s cooking’…..

My Mama hasn’t been able to wear perfume since she had chemo over ten years ago! Funny but no matter how light the scent it was overpowering for her and still is. BUT she loves perfume and still has her bottle of Crabtree and Evelyn “Fressia” in her medicine cabinet….she sneaks sniffs once in a while. We think you did a mighty fine job on the filling in this week!! Congrats!

Oh, we hope your mama NEVER has to do that again and yes, mama keeps a little perfumed cream that she used to massage her sister-in-laws feet when her sisinlaw was ill, and it reminds mama of her.

Papa was so persistent and he was a good customer of the place they make it and I’m sure there were others upset about the removal just because ONE person was allergic to carnations…interesting since the perfume has been around since 1926!

Loulou…great job with the fill-ins. Mom never heard of that perfume, but she says the fragrance sounds wonderful. She likes Angel, which has notes of chocolate. It doesn’t matter how you “wear” that nightgown. You look mighty comfy! Well, mama’s lookin that one up, too. She remembers Merle Norman as her aunt used there cosmetics and there is White Ginger in Hawaii, which was Natalie Wood’s scent.

Oh, don’t laugh, but I asked mama if I had a worm in my EAR! I was a little worried about that. And mama loves She Said, too.
Loulou, I do not read newspapers or watch news on TV; I only read and listen to BOOKS!
Each one is a mini-vacation, and it helps keep my stress level down.
Plus, if I lay down while listening, often I’ll coax a kitty to sleep atop me, or use me as a pillow.
A PERFECT LIFE! Do you know The Thursday Murder Club? His books are a vacation for sure, charming and funny and you’ll LOVE the characters. Mama says she wants them to move in with us.
Interesting about that perfume. I don’t wear any scents, due to bad reactions to so many of them…migraines and sometimes asthma.
I guess the scents I do have on me is from the furs of Dalton & Benji…and hubby hugs!

I am fed up with all the bad news too. If not bad news it is all Harry and Meghan, but I suppose you could include that as bad news too.I am glad your mama can get her favourite scent again. Those are both very sweet photos of you.
We haven’t read anything about H and M but mama’s friend in the UK says she is really put off by all the Harry stuff…very icky. I think we’ll stick to ‘Friends’ each evening when a lift is needed!
