Yes, mama swears now by Beaphar drops. Valerian is a natural herb, too, but it gives mama a headache, haha.
Mama and Papa worried about what might be rough seas, so GO FOR THE DROPS, Loulou!!! Mama says she would be putting them between her ears (and mine) too!! Well, Loulou, we’re the only French-born in the immediate families (papa was born in Morocco!) so we should know how to do a scarf. Have to admit, I don’t either.
