A Timely Rosh Hashanah

Rosh Hashanah started yesterday and continues through tonight, segueing into Yom Kippur.

The days of atonement.

I know one particular individual who should think seriously about that…

The Jewish history of these holy days is so very interesting.  How very little some of us know about one another and our beliefs and religions.

Shanah Tovah Umetukah

Which  means, “Have a good, sweet year.”

Let us hope that is what it is.

Above all, be kind.

Yes – we will surely miss Ruth Bader Ginsburg – for so many reasons. And the rabbi downstairs and family are all dressed up and we hear chants – as so may others in our neighborhood! Mamma copied a Rosh Hashanah recipe from the NYTimes – will try this week – it sounds good – will let you know!
