Sightseeing with THEN is so tiring…
Alora, at least once a year we devote some time to the smart-a-tude of doggies. This is for Dalton’s gotcha day, haha.
The second one is fascinating but it’s the Wash Post and they don’t let readers read who are not subscribers. Grrrrr. But the first one is fun, too.
A lovely Sunday to all…much cooler here, and more protests happening in our country, yay, yay. November draws nigh…mama and papa voted 5 days ago. At least that!
Lunch to day with family and mama is in heaven–the artichokes are here!!! She’ll snap a few pics of her beloved vegetable…just what you want to see, right, haha? It is beautiful, though, and the monuments are amazing…
The little Bernini elephant under the almost full moon.

Papa contemplating the back of the Pantheon, haha

This is NOT Rome, but mama found this and it made her HAPPY! Hope it does that for you, too!❤️

We love elephants! That pic did make us happy!
Elephants, artichokes, architecture and doggies. What more could you ask for, Loulou!
Deed and we are so happy with all three!
That little elephant is flying!!
Interesting articles about dogs and words.
Dalton woofs his thanks for the dedicated post…aroo!
When Dalton is happy. We are happy.
Beautiful photos. Glad they are having a good time with family. XO
It takes a little getting used to, but we are used to it now…
Oh LouLou, of course doggies understand things – kitties too and elephants and people who “‘own” birds or lizards as pets say they are capable of love and understanding too. It seems surprising to us how many scientists are surprised by this !
In fact, scientists are surprised by a lot of things that make us surprised that they are surprised!
Dogs are fun, and so are your photos.
Oh, we love doggies along with kitties. We just don’t let it be known that much haha but they are incredibly smart smarter than we knew.
Love that flying elephant!!!
Brian’s Home ~ Forever
Well, it made us all very happy so we thought we’d send him on
Oooh, artichokes! What kind? Does your Mama have a special recipe to share with Us?
Mummy agrees about sightseeing being tiring – but usually worth it (mol).
Cut small artichokes, very thin, and sauté and olive oil until crispy and then just put lemon and salt and eat. Or steam with olive oil and mint and garlic until nice and soft and eat like that or whizz them up for a pasta sauce with Parmesan.
