Donc, we are staying pat today instead of running about in this heat!! Yes, it’s back. Mama is looking for prescription goggles so that she can swim and not see double. Yes she sees double, it’s call horizontal binocular diplopia and if anyone out there has it, mama would be interested in how it was handled.
Mama wears prism glasses that bring the two side by side immages together so she sees well, but without them, there are two papas, haha. Not such a bad vision and of course, mama saw two of me at times without her glasses on. Lucky mama……
Mama sees side by side images, actually but mama couldn’t make that happen on WP. I’d better get to work down there.

Well, obviously seeing two of YOU, LouLou, is a great treat. However, we do understand it could be a bit of a problem if one is seeing two of effurrything! I mean – I can think of some things – and people – of which/whom even ONE is too much!

My Bigger Girl had vision trouble as a child and we did a form of therapy with her from a special vision therapist, I wonder if there are any therapies which help with this. For her, it was a therapy many doctors say doesn’t work, but it did in her case.
Well, mama has done the exercises but they didn’t help much. Merci and glad it worked for her!
Gosh ! We have heard of seeing double but hadn’t realized it was something some people have to deal with all the time. How has that effected Mama;; art career ? Just another facet of creativity !
Oh, mama has prism glasses, which work perfectly. Just has to make them stronger after a few years.
