I am just putting in my ‘what the….?expression number 32…the world is just too crazy for any other. Wait a minute—-mama is going to a sardine bake? I might have to fly over….
Mama had to put her FYI in and there are going to be more and if we lose you for awhile, so be it. It’s the smallest thing we can do to just lay out the facts for those who may not be aware of how their lives are being affected by this madness. We understand completely that an FYI may not be your cup of tea and that is FINE. Really.
As for Saturday fun, today in our little village there is a Sardinade…which is a gathering for lunch around long grills cooking the local sardines, and plates with a few fish, Brie, and bread are enjoyed by anyone who wishes to pay the 10 euros…lots of tourists today so mama is not sure they are going, but one of the grandkids and his lovely partner want to go so…..you never know….they are such FUN. The grandkids, that is, but also the Sardinade.

THE SARDINADE WAS CANCELLED. Maybe because of the fires and possible trouble with winds, but we can make sardines at home and I think there is brie in the fridge!
