It’s kind of you to go vegan while your guests are there. I usually prepare two dishes, one vegan, and one not, especially since I’m the vegan and I don’t want them eating all of my food! lol
HAHA, mama made vegan pasta sauce and vegan ginger cookies and vegan ice cream. No problem.
I could never be vegan. I love cheese too much.
So does mama, and eggs, oh, those eggs!!! Deviled, fried, poached, scrambled, omelett-ed, whipped, smashed, souffléd, you name it. And there are 1600 cheese in France, probably more…

My grocery store has been out of my favorite “three meat” pizza for months and now has it back, so that is probably as close as i will get to vegetarianism but I know what you mean.
