Lots of action around here! Haha, I like dreaming through it on my golden cloud…

Well, yesterday in Rome, mama and papa heard loud jet planes approaching where they were standing outside and mama caught just the end of the jets that make the colors of the Italian flag in the sky for a special event.
This is the aftermath of of the first flyover that mama caught on her iPhone. The planes are in there somewhere…
It was the Internazionale BLN tennis tournament at which Jannick Sinner was playing, and he is definitely someone to watch bat a ball!
He’s almost as good as some of us kitties!!!
And these are the jets that mama photographed after having waited for the second pass, of which there always is one! They will fly again on June 2, the Italian national holiday called Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day). It commemorates the establishment of the Italian Republic in 1946.
They make a horrendous noise but it’s thrilling, mama says.

And this was last June 2 outside our window!

How cool is that?!?!?
SOOOOO cool.
Beautiful sight to see!!
Hugs, Pam
I’ll bet David sort of like those flyers, too, non?
Wow, so gorgeous and colourful – what a thrill for your mama, Loulou. And yes, you can definitely post a link to the article I sent you.
We shall do that and thank you.
They do things like that at our annual air show at the local airfield. Yes, those kinds of jets are VERY LOUD! but they are cool to see and watch.
Our angel MJF would run outside and bark them away, and he always succeeded….Us two; we don’t seem to react one way or another., Petcretary thinks we must have heard a lot of that kind of thing before when we were still in Texas before being ‘saved’.
Mama’s prejudice against her native state immediately surfaced when she thought of that sweet little darling being treated so badly in his early life, but she knows it’s bad to have preconceived ideas. Still, mistreating an animal makes mama’s hackles rise. Love that your angel barked and scared the jets away, haha.
The flyovers are very loud, and impressive.
But so beautiful. We love those color streams…
Very cool photos. XO
Merci, Ms E. Mama always runs to the window and make attempts at good pics but only got one in several tries…
I’ll bet that was fun to see!
Brian’s Home ~ Forever
VERY impressive and a little scary, too, but hey, they are pretty far away, haha.
lou lou, look at your cute liddle belly!!!!
Aww….you noticed, haha. Mama wishes she still could cuddle it….
Very festive pictures, LouLou, reminding us (in the Northern Hemisphere) that Summer is on the way !
Oui, Ms Summer is sneaking up on us and mama’s garden is so happy!
