I am feeling so happy on my cloud for this little critter!
We are enthralled today by this story of a little bear cub found crying in the woods with no mama. NO MAMA. Can you imagine?
How thankful we are for the creative and caring staff who thought to dress as bears so that this little fellow would learn to live in the wild next year!
Some anthros just tickle me pink…uh…black and white with their wondrous brains!
And I’m thankful that where I am I can sometimes feel mama’s hand on my tummy….

And of course, we are always thankful for YOU and YOU and YOU who make our days bright amidst the gloom.
😻

Love the photo of your Mama’s hand on your tummy – it’s a nice feelling I agree! Poor baby bear – but clever people who helped it feel like SOMEONE was looking after him.
Hugs, Teddy and Mom
He is going to be put out into the wild and he will have survival skills and his bear instincts intact and up and running, we are sure.
Oh my word what an adorable bear cub, Loulou. Thanks to the kind people and animals in the world who make life bearable, like your mama and the ethereal you.
Awww…merci, Ms Militza and we are so appalled at our president’s sabotage of YOUR president’s visit. What a hick is T. To be invited to the White House and insulted is outrageous!
That would have been cool to see…but alas, the link starts off then reverts back to the blog in a nano second…sigh…
Wildlife rescuers and rehab staff are amazing , for sure!
Can’t imagine why the link didn’t work! Darn. Just go to google and google little bear cub treated by caregivers in bear suits. There are many articles and I thought this one would open since the Wash Post never does.
I’ve also heard of them using bird puppets to feed baby birds so they will imprint on bird and not a human. People come up with the neatest ideas.
Anthros are so inventive and so kind to try to emulate the family of the little cub. Love the birdie story!
Those baby bear rescuers are wonderful!!!

Oui, we were so touched by this group of brilliant rescuers.
Wow Loulou, We knew that wildlife rehabilitators often had to do that with young birds (they usually use a hand puppet to feed them, because they “mark” on the first thing they see so easily, What a wonderful story !
And what a happy picture of you, and you and Mama !
Well, we aare really glad you liked the story and this thing about “still being around” is probably strange to some, but I am actually a sweet memory and mama likes a little hit of “Loulou” every now and again. I hope one day I will have a stand-in for her and papa, but now there is Rasta and he seems to help a lot.
