Shh…Wordless winds are blowing softly today as another end of a golden summer afternoon is upon us.
Along with you know who…
Mama is giving him his little early dinner as I write, so he has once again guided her hand to the paté and is eating happily in our garden. He is getting a little picky, if you ask me, but no one did.
That kitty keeps me company, too, although he is not aware of my playful presence. Mama sticks the birdie to the patio and goes inside to work and I make it move so he can pursue it. Great fun.
Well, thats our wordless whimsical Wednesday. It’s a wrap!
Oh, mama forgot to mention this brilliant, moving account of the author’s discovery of a tiny baby hare and what she did after that….

One of the most moving books mama has ever read.

Rasta sure enjoyed that birdie!
Oh, he loves to play and seems starved for company…probaly a ruse but he is here asleep in MY ex-bed and I’m quite happy with that. NOT in the house, just mama’s office.
I feel happy that Rasta has a place he can go and feel safe, get a nice meal and some pets and relax. He may have another home but he obviously is HAPPY there. That’s nice.
Hugs, Pam
And it was POURING again today and he came into mama’s office and if fast asleep in MY bed! But I’m happy to lend it.
Rasta is enjoying the best treats with his best peeps, Loulou. I will have to place that book on my very extended reading list.
It is so lovely and moving and mama burst into tears as she finished….
Rasta sure is enjoying the attention he isn’t getting elsewhere.
It’s eveident that he needs it, too. Poor little kitty but maybe he is just very smart.
That is an excellent book. XO
Mama loved it so much. A very moving account of how a life can change living with an animal from the wild.
I’m glad you play with him, I’m sure you bring him much enjoyment in his life.
We do have a good old time and it’s fun for me.
uncle Rasta izza berry good at da burd!!
he iz. he iz an fer 17 yers old pritty sprie!
I loved watching Rasta playing…it was as if he didn’t want to give up his sun puddle to chase the birdie, LOL!
That looks to be a good book to get to read.
You nailed it…he loves his sun puddles here because the stones are warm, we think.
