Well here I am lying against a rose-covered pillow, wiped out really. I’ll see if I can manage a quick blog.
And today, I’m just going to make you smile, and if you could also SMELL these babies, especially that one right in the middle, you’d be in 7th heaven, wherever that is. Mama’s roses are bustin’ out all over and since I don’t have a lot of time today, I’m sticking with the garden photos and will be back tomorrow with real news. Mama bought that orangey rose for its perfume and let me tell you, it is WORKING. The whole house is fragrant!

Mama says this is called Opening Night or Curtain Call or something like that. She can’t remember and can’t find the tag!
You know what? I’m going to get all these names together and publish them tomorrow. I’m about to fall down…a lot going on around here, but a rose is a rose is a rose, whatever that means.

These roses are GORGEOUS!!!!! And the colors are so soft and pretty – a beautiful contrast to black and white – you!!! And I can imagine you now dozing in perfumed luxury!!!! Mama has some flowers growing on the vine on the terrace, but nothing like this – but MAYBE I can talk her into growing tomatoes!!!!
Today, they’re dragging me to a wine festival – 5 euros for the glass and they get to taste all the wine they want. Guess I won’t be the only one walking on all 4s this afternoon!!! But i will be giggling for sure and will regale you with their misadventures tonight!!!!
