Lotsa luck. They will steal your jewelry right off your fingers if they could! And they do, if you leave it lying around or anything lying around in the garden–off it will go! And they come here to BATHE in OUR birdbath, all duded up in what looks like MY clothes. The nerve!

Oh Loulou! It’s a Magpie, they are wonderful birds, most important to eat up carrion & mess left by humans. This Magpie was only eating the fruits that weren’t up to scratch for humans, that’s helpful, no?

Oh, mama loves the chattering ‘pies poem and yes, they are actually very beautiful. And they do get rid of leftovers, that’s for sure. But they do also attack other birds’ nests.
I have no first hand on this one so I’m staying neutral! He loves out birdbath so we just let him come and mama picks tomatoes sooner than necessary….
Well, I personally think that bird looks like it’s wearing a burkini for the birdbath and should be heavily fined, since it’s illegal in France. Could be a radical sect……….the tomato eaters. Beware, Loulou. And don’t trust those anthros either – I overheard last night that I have an appointment for cut and shampoo today – HORREUR!!! We must plot appropriate revenge………

Oh, Sandra, Mya’s mama talks about you all the time! As in TODAY AT LUNCH. Mya was here and those anthros were having spaghetti with clams and we did not get ANY of it. So I took a nap. But I get along really well with Mya, even if she is a doggy. We are usually in a Mexican standoff, whatever that is.
