So, basta, that’s my song for today and those donks had better learn their place in our lives because I thought we had a respite from their hee-haw at 6AM and having them slobber all over mama just because she scratches their little dumb donkey heads, but oh, no, now all mama can talk about is how the donkeys are sooooo cute and sooooo smart and sooooo affectionate.

HEY, that’s not a donkey!  That’s Pompinette, the mule, trying to horn in on mama’s affections.
