Well, mama called me to say that she couldn’t talk long because she was passing out from decalage horaire (accent on the first ‘e’) and couldn’t let me in on all the news from abroad (that’s as in ‘Europe’, not as in ‘mama’, haha) and so I’m cutting tonight’s info short and will resume tomorrow when my connection to Austin is resumed. Meanwhile, I DO know that this is the week that all the bluebonnets have come out all over Texas and the Indian Paintbrush are not far behind. Spring can be so beautiful there, and it’s especially nice to have such a backdrop for Easter weekend, which is coming up next week…
