Catching fireflies was one of summer’s great moments when mama was a kid…then she let them go later. What did you do as a kid on summer nights?
We love watching the fire flies. So fun!
We do, too, but there are none here, alas.
I’ve used that Lunapic filter before but don’t remember the name either!! Love your mention of catching fireflies – that was so much fun back in the day. I can remember almost every single neighbor kid running around with a jar trying to catch them and being so excited when we/they did! Happy Sunday.

I caught fireflies too! I’m betting that many did. It’s sad that their numbers are now declining.
