MAY YOUR DAY BE FILLED… WITH SOMETHING GRILLED, haha.
But mama has to ask, now that we are back….
ARE WE INDEPENDENT?
On this day, hope for our citizens of all races and colors and creeds and hope that our Congress will be heroic and ditch this monster who has damaged our country and our standing with the rest of the world in ways that perhaps cannot be repaired.
But have a good independence day with whomever you are having to celebrate. We are so glad to be back and thank you, Jorge Pires for your help.

We really like your new look – but the best look is having you and Mama and Papa and all the neighborhood donkeys and kitties and friends back !
OH, that’s good news and we will pass it on to our Mr Guru. It is a bit easier to maneuver now and no sudden glitches!

That’s a good one, LouLou – May your day be filled with something grilled. Mol, mol, mol.
We hope you did indeed have a wonderful Independence Day.
Mercy buckup J-kitties….we did have a good day but are gearing up for July 14th!!!
The kitties and I are very glad to see you back!
Oh, leah, are we happy to be back, too….wonderful helper, Jorge Pires and he’s on google. A WP expert.
America will always be America…..no matter what. We can only hope that temporary interruptions of the peace and quiet we’ve always had won’t ruin what is beyond “that” problem. We can and will recover – or – as the saying goes – “this too shall pass”. Believe.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
WE BELIEVE, WE BELIEVE!!!! We remind ourselves daily to be patient and watch the knots come to the comb, as the Italians say. They usually do where crooks are involved….
I hope your folks had a nice 4th LouLou. XO
We had a lovely concert evening with a jazz pianist at a competition held here in our little village…really fun.
We are glad you are back too! Have a wonderful and safe Independence Day!
MERCI, we did have one and a lovely breeze all day long.
Welcome back…..will take time to get used to your new look but isn’t it great to have your “home” here back! Good question about being independent……I don’t think anyone can keep the American spirit DOWN – it’s there – waiting for the dark cloud to disappear…..I will always be an independent thinker. I just watched a rerun of last night’s patriotic activities some of which were at beautiful Mt. Vernon and in my heart I still feel the feeling of pride and most of all hope.
Happy 4th! Hugs, Pam and Teddy
We, too, still feel that hope and yes, independence serves us all, whether it’s personal or with liberty and justice for all. Merci for your thoughts on the blog….
