Mama found this older Lunapic and thought it looked as if the wind was ‘uplifting’ me in color! When I’m near rainbows, this actually happens, haha.
(Thank you, Lunapic, but we forgot what the effect was called….)

Well, our spring took on another mood today with a grey mist over the hills and cooler, sweater weather.
Mama’s art class is on Saturdays and today is her first day back. May her charcoal stick not break, haha…

And also today mama hopes you might read this very positive blog about Lyndon Johnson, who had great plans for our country and was a dynamic human being. How he would cringe at today’s government.
This is a piece that made our morning very sweet and hopeful…
I’ve suggested to mama that she back off on this political stuff that might be boring our readers to tears, but she’s not easy to persuade when it comes to what is happening in OUR country. November is not that far away….

Hallo, LouLou! We think that filter might be the same one We used this week – Floating. It’s furry purrty, whateffur it is.
Merci, J-cats…mama used these Lunapics long ago and should make a list.
You do look uplifting, or perhaps uplifted.
Politics is not boring, it’s sad.
Oh oui, so sad, so sad. The little boy is uplifting.
Very pretty art. How cool your mama attends an art class. I hope she will show us some of her work. And your mama could never bore us. XO
Well, she has about 300 drawings from the live model art class and could publish some but doesn’t want to get thrown off the internet, haha. We’ll find some with her back turned, haha.
Snazzy picture of you LouLou, we love the colors! We’re fine with the political stuff, we are very concerned about it all, too!
Merci, Ms Leah, mama just wants to enlighten people about the graft and greed that is getting worse. This demented fool will NEVER leave office….and we must fight that.
LouLou, it is kind of fun to picture what LBJ and Harry Truman would have to say about what is going on today.
Oh, lordy, would that be great!!!! Just put LBJ in the room with that turkey…….mama knew him, you know, shook his hand. He was a great friend of her ex-father in law.
November is too far away! I think most of the politicians from the golden era would cringe at politics today.
Brian’s Home ~ Forever
Oh, they would do something FAST to get rid of these turkeys.
Lunapic has so many great filters and we’re not sure which one THAT was for your photo but you look colorful and “floaty” ! Hope your Mama has fun at her art class.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy
Her art class is fabulous and calming and makes the cortisol levels go down, that’s for sure.
