Why do people think Trump is tearing down the White House? He says he’s remodelling a little-used and recent extension. Old material has to be removed in order for new building to begin. If you’ve lived in Washington you will know the odor of toxic black mold. Buildings need renovation, remodelling, rebuilding, and replacement constantly. And unfortunately my corner of Virginia has the same problem.
Whether it’s a good time for him to be remodelling the extension, or whether his taste will make it look like a desecration of the building when it’s done, are open to discussion…
