Well, it’s’pretty up and down around herel
Mama sits a breakfast with papa.
Rasta comes to kitchen French door and looks handsome and darling and in need of snuggles and peers at both of them.
Mama is trying to answer emails and eat her cereal and wake up.
Rasta stares.
Rasta stares and stares.
Mama open the door and snuggles him and rubs his ears..he loves that.
Mama shuts door.
Rasta peers in door again.
The tension is palpable, whatever that means.
I observe all with detachment and calm….sort of.
I knew was it was like to be on my own, a complete unknown, with no direction home, like a rollin’ stone….so I know how Rasta feels.
BUT HE HAS A DIRECTION HOME…JUST UP THE STREET!
Sigh……….
We’ll just tough this out together and fate will take its course, or something like that….
Tumbling around on the schiste…this is one happy kitty.
The Lady’s brother once had a cat that would go missing for a few days all the time. He found out later the cat was going to a house a street over and the people there were feeding him and petting him, etc. The cat thought he had 2 homes!
Well, Rasta certainly thinks this. Food and snuggles certainly attract kitties…
Rasta seeks something he doesn’t find elsewhere perhaps……and that’s one of the best gifts to give that there is. Glad he found that with your Mama and Papa and YOU!

We think you are right, Ms P and Teds, and it’s hard NOT to snuggle and feed him as he seems a bit needy.
The kitty wants what the kitty wants, Loulou. Rasta definitely has a preference for your mama and papa me thinks.
We thinks the same thing, Ms Militza, but what will he think when THEY travel….?
He’s such a sweet darling!
He is, he is, but oh so sad that his mama doesn’t care what he does. He loves to rub on our shoes and legs.
Your folks should see if they can keep him because that is where he wants to be. XO

Several children in our neighborhood had a home, a lousy one, they’d come here. I’d let them stay, the parents didn’t care at all. One lived here for years and still calls me his other mother. He’s taught his children to treat me as their grandmother.
Some just hung out here a lot, they got food and someone to listen and care and help out.
You do what you can, and what you feel comfortable doing.
Oh, my, what a story. Those poor little kids. Well, if we knew that Rasta has had proper vet care, it would be easier because he could have worms, being so hungry, but we see no sign of them and he is so healthy otherwise, no vomit, no poo poo, lots of energy, etc.
Rasta is one cool cat, LouLou…but you are pretty calm yourself.
Well, I feel a bit responsible for a fellow furby…
We like seeing a happy Rasta when he comes for a visit.

Ha ha, well, he has certainly found it here, and now the grandkids are in love with him but they leave next week…sigh.
