BRAVO, Governor Pritzker!
We are so thankful that courageous anthros like Governor Pritzker of Illinois can still use FREE SPEECH to voice the very real concerns we have for the safety and freedom of Americans and the world.
“These Republicans cannot know a moment of peace. They have to understand that we will fight their cruelty with every megaphone and microphone that we have. We must castigate them on the soap box, and then punish them at the ballot box. They must feel in their bones that when we survive this shameful episode of American history with our democracy intact— because we have no alternative but to do just that—that we will relegate their portraits to the museum halls reserved for tyrants and traitors.”’
Thank you for your brave words, Governor Pritzker.
Today is Labor Day in Italy.
FDR was the antithesis of our madman. Would that he were with us today.

We need more leaders like JB Pritzker.
Oh, boy, do we ever. He is so admirable and he is relentless in his pursuit to get rid of this plague.
There actually are a lot of people speaking out…..or should I say “daring” to speak out. The May Day rally yesterday, which was held all across America shows that the people OF the country, love the country but aren’t loving the direction it’s headed.
Hugs, Pam
YAY YAY YAY for May Day! We are thrilled when we see dissention rising. It’s the only deterrent.
I am often very sad about what goes on in our world.
Well, Ms Messymimi, we want you to have faith and be as happy as you can muster while this HORROR blows over. The mighty fall so often, why not this one?
I hope things change soon, it’s nuts!
Brian’s Home ~ Forever
Millions of people are out there doing anything they can for change…it is slow, but SURE. One way or another….
FDR helped so many. XO
Oui, he was such a good heart and so SMART and Eleanor was amazing, too.
(The story is that someone said :Give ’em hell Harry !” and Truman replied “I just tell the truth and they think that’s hell.”
HAHA, yes, wish he could visit Trump. It would be a no contest visit.
Would that FDR were here indeed – and brought Harry Truman with him !
A perfect pair. Mama’s grandma LOVED Truman but had a few opinions on Dewey, too…
