Also today just a note to say that mama has published another recipe for those sweet little multicolored peppers that are oh, so easy to eat! Shown here with zucchine fritters….lo-cal and so tasty.
Poke every pepper with a little sharp knife, and they will cook more easily.

We must let that shock be known, mama thinks, as even those who voted for this madman are having second thoughts. He is hitting Americans in their wallets, in their medical advantages and costs of medicines, in their living expenses, in their human RIGHTS.

One thing is for certain – FREE SPEECH is something we have and honor so everyone is still (!) allowed to say how they feel (thankfully). We think that fish in your Mama’s soup is just a little bit SCARY although it probably made for fabulous soup. EEEK!

It was a monkfish and was scary to mama, too!! But Trump has disallowed any “free speech” journalists in his press conferences unless they say good things about him. Journalist and newspeople are not allowed any longer at the meetings for fear of what they think and will say about his policies. He has hit free speech very hard.

It is a lotte, and very tasty fish that is often substituted for lobster but take it from mama, it was good, roasted (not the head!) but is NOT like lobster at all.
We will keep reading. Not that we understand politics much, but TBT does. And he says Trump and Vance absolutely humiliated the US! Which they HAVE been doing, but the meeting with Zelenskyy was the worst. He says people here are really starting to regret voting for Trump.

That is a lotte, otherwise known in English as a monkfish. Very tasty body but not so lovely to look at. Very interesting fish. They have two little feelers that project from their noses and on the end is a little tiny “bait” and when another fish takes the bait, bammo, he is toast!

It is a monkfish and the body is very tasty indeed, if you can forgive him his mug! But the cheeks are very good. Mama just uses the head for broth.

I saw Ann’s link to this post. I am not American but agree with every word you have said. I saw it on TV last night and was completely shocked at what I was watching. Zelensky is a hero and trying to save his country. The other one is hell bent on ruining the World. I feel sad and embarrassed for the good Americans who have to endure that creature.

Ms Adamus, merci, merci. No, silence is not golden. Silence right now, mama feels, is dangerous and encourages the terror to continue. When his constituents see their lives change into controled, threatened days of higher prices, no rights for women and no benefits for the needy and no respect for veterans’ programs and dangerous infrastrucures unattended to and hospitals and nurses needed but not paid enough and and and and….perhaps they will vote diferently at mid terms. He must be gotten OUT and the Congress must work together to stop him.
