When THEY were out of town I borrowed mama’s computer to write my rap and here goes, Keep the beat

So here we all are

and it’s Christmas and cold

unless you’re on a warm beach

and the sunset is gold

but we’re all in this together

and the trees are all lit up

so whatever is the weather

we shall pour ourselves a cup

and toast with holiday cheer

to our friends across the planet

and we’ll never never never take

these sweet friendships for granted

and the year will settle down

and the fireworks will start up

and on New Year’s Eve

we’ll do the same

and pour another cup

so we can drink to many friendships

that we’ve shared in ’24

and we’ll think about how lovely

that there’ll be so many MORE❤️

and we’ll hope and pray and work

to keep our USA intact

and in all the countries where we live

we’ll have to make a pack

that we can fight for freedom everywhere

and not believe the lies

that seem to circulate in many countries

regardless of their size

let us have a New Year

full of hope

may truth and freedom win

and may our kind and strong hearts

get us out

of this incredible mess we’re in!

Kidding aside, we do have hope for our country but it’s going to take a lot of work and resitance to selfish multi billionaires who only want more, more, more…and now our country is going to be run by a South African billionaire who is taking over TRUMP!!!
