We’re with you LouLou !We love the pictures too – especially Mama doing “The Can-Can” It’s too bad it has to be so worrisome for the rest of the world.
Mama is feeling frisky lately because her video standing workouts are working, haha. Moderation to get in shape. Message: doing strenuous, heavy excercise is very bad for you – you can actually GAIN weight working out too much. Mama’s not concerned with weight, but loves the good things for the heart and lungs and balance that her video is about. Pahla B on YouTube.

all good Lou Lou and we’re totally with you. However I must say your mama can sure do an impressive high kick – I just tried it but it just didn’t work quite the same.
OH, BABSY, we were talking about you and Charlie for the last few weeks when our friend Keila Horowitz was in Collioure, and she wants to meet you and Barbara and Dan. You will like one another, I am sure. SO HAPPY TO HEAR FROM YOU, mama says!!!!
Tell your mama we’d love to meet her friend Keila whenever she’s in the city – also tell her we’d love to see her and Don again one day while we can still manage to do the high kick! well mid-high, lets not go to extremes.
Keila lives in North Beach and can see you whenever there is a moment. She’s with her daughter in LA for some of August but if I can give her your email….so glad you three will connect and maybe Barbara and D too.
