(Mama just said something dumb…hahaha)
Around our house, the word dumb is not a four-letter no-no! Sometimes papa tells a dumb joke and mama laughs and laughs (me, too) and sometimes mama makes up a dumb song about something silly using the music from a famous song, and we all giggle, and sometimes we just feel a if we want to be dumb ad dance a dumb dance or try to whistle like our singing merles (blackbirds) and sometimes papa just talks for me and I “comment” on some of the dumb things mama is having fun with…
SO…that said, today’s spark from us to you is “Be as dumb as you can and know that when you are feeling that way, you are probably doing something really good for your mind and body!”
An example:
(Sung to “Row, row, row your boat”)
Chop, chop, chops those leeks,
Crying all the time.
Put a piece of bread in your teeth
And chopping will be sublime!
So you see what goes on around here, right? Not sure you’re going to feel the same about us after this, haha.
We’re also a house of puns…
A guest might say, “I hate radishes” and mama will say, “Well, they’re hard to eradishate”…
Or, as mama told her vegan grandanthro, “Vegan mozzarella is an oxymoronella, haha” but enough of this silliness. Have a lovely dumb week of kicking up your hilarity heels!

I love that kind of thing, and indulge in it all the time, even at my work…anything to get residents giggling!
I think sometimes my sons want to pretend they don’t know me…hubby just grins…those old stick in the mud men!!
Such things keep us young! And everyone can use that, as well as the fun that goes with it.

Loulou, your pawrents are a lot like my older sister who makes up new words to popular songs, then you get HER version stuck in your head, and it’s all over but the shouting.
HAHA we would LOVE an example of that. What a cool sister to entertain you! Getting stuck in the head is another matter and mama has that problem, too, haha.
