Well, today I am turning over a new leaf, which means, changing one’s behavior in a positive way, and I am going to try to do that by making a serious attempt at eating properly for mama and papa so that they do not worry.
I think I can do that, especially if what I see in that little jar in the kitchen where my food resides is a nice stash of duck fat, haha. Or freeze-dried chicken bits, even better.
It’s not always easy to change one’s behavior but if at first you don’t succeed, have another go! I think someone said that already.
We’ll see…it’s so incredibly hot here that NO ONE wants to eat much, and even mama and papa are having cold pasta salads and chilled fruits and such.
So I guess the heat wave makes everyone turn over a new leaf, whether they like it or not, haha.

Our hots finally left and I sure hope it leaves there too! No one wants to eat when it’s super hot…well, except for me, Levi and MOM!! MOL!! Love, Roary
Oh, Roary, you two are young and healthy and of course eat better than I at this point. But I weigh the same…weird. Maybe sneaking tomatos from the garden, haha.

Well Loulou Mommy is very bad when it’s hot she eats ice cream for meals. We think she needs to turn over a new leaf. Purrs that your new diet goes well.

Well now Loulou – duck fat on top of anything would be as delish as chocolate on top of an ice cream sundae! I hope you can impress your Mama and Papa with your ability to eat everything you get that’s drenched in duck fat or something else equally as yummy. OH, HEAVEN…central AC where you live is really important. We have a heat transfer system that is wonderful, too, and very economical. Takes the hot air from outside and makes it cool and takes the cool air in winter and heats it.
Oh LouLou, if suck fat helps you eat better and feel better we wish you well ! It is a bit cooler here today – or breezier – but we have been so dry that the leaves are starting to blow off the trees. We hope when you turn over it makes your other side cooler too !

I am really confusing mama. I eat just a little of my normal food and then mama puts the duck fat and I lick that off and then she tried another play and then zilch! BUT I do like my kibble. It’s just that mama prefers it if I eat wet food. C’est la vie, mama. It’s kibble or zilch.But I did eat 32g this morn and have not lost weight.
Smart to change according to the weather. We have the HOTS here too.
I think the hots will only be getting hotter for the next years…and the cold, colder.

Actually that black and white thingy did come from our cat tree, haha. Just fell right there on the catio (thank you, Kitties Blue) along with that other little one and we both turn over, haha.
