Nap on a lap…
Well, don’t you just love to stretch out over a lap or some knees and just chill there?
It used to be my favorite place from which to watch that Boob Tube, or it is Bube Tube? But now I don’t climb so well and mama has to put me in places that are high up, as on my couch or the bed in a sun puddle.
Hey, old age isn’t for sissies, haha, thank you very much Bette Davis, whoever you were.
Then again, old age is now only middle age, mama says, and anthros, sort of like avocados, haha, seem to be doing better at ripening!
So today we’re thankful for laps and growing older in a better way and for fewer problems for Sawyer and good health reports for all kitties who have to see their vets this month and especially thankful for all those kind anthros who take such good care of us kitties and give us homes and take us to vets and…wait a minute…TAKE US TO VETS?
That’s debatable…

Loulou! That’s the best “toesies” closeup I’ve ever seen! Old age is not what it used to be. Thanks to good vets and people docs we’re all living longer. One thing we’re ALL good at though is relaxing….enjoying a sun puddle….good food….hugs.

Yes, well, merci. Mama is obsessed with toesies! And mine are more…er…rabbit-like than most, I think, maybe a distant, distant cousin….haha. And yes, we have to puddle through, but we are so incredibly worried about Ukraine. This man is a MANIAC.
He sure is….we worry too for everyone – maniacs are unpredictible and that’s also scary. We will keep praying…..
Yes, we must keep the faith for Ukraine AND the rest of the world.

Awww, those are things that we take for granted, and its good to reflect on them and remember what would be if we did not have those to be thankful for.

Hey, I’m 14 !! And I Still play – not as much as I used to – but walk 4 times a day! Mamma says I should do less – but Papa says “NO”! BUT I ride in the stroller and make people smile! We are princesses!
Yes, but you can be MADE to walk. Lotsa luck with kitties, haha.

Well, if a 14-year-old can walk four times a day, maybe I should think about that. But she’s a DOGGY…you know those guys are more used to “walkies” than we kitties are.
