My toilette items!
Well, they’re writing songs of sanitary, la la la, but not for me, haha.
These guys must really have a masochistic side if they love dipping and diving in that W word!
I have never had the…er…impulse to jump in mama’s bubble bath tub (actually, I think she had one about a gazillion years ago but she DOES talk about having one one day) or be squirted with the hose or a faucet. Is there something awry with my psyche? Maybe I need counseling to learn to enjoy the wonders of water.
Or not.
And if mama sees a bird having a splash in the bird bath, she cleans it afterward with disinfectant and rinses it well and then I can drink from it – I love the noise of the fresh water and I only drink once (I know she has sneaked something healthy in it for my teeth but she doesn’t know that I know, haha) so I’m not worried about going birdbath bananas!
I could use someone to wash my back, however (see above).
Still, there are kitties who LOVE bathing with H2O but for me, I’ll stick to home and just use my own soap and water, haha.

We are definitely on the same page, Loulou!! Those animals are so happy – but I hear Animal Paradise is opening soon – so my long coat is going to be clipped and UGH – BATH!!!!! But maybe not so bad since the hot weather is coming and it’s not easy wearing a fur coat in the summer. OK. I’ll quit whining – but I heard Mama say NO long walks without the stroller/poussette!! That works for me!!!

Only one of my 10 cats is a fan of playing with water. My Jinx likes to stick his paw in it and then drink from his paw.

Years ago I was in a bubble bath and my tuxedo kitty was sittung on the edge batting at the bubbles…when he fell in. The nearest high point above water was my knee, which bore the scars for some time after.
Some of the larger breeds of domestic cats (Maine Coons I believe ) enjoy water and swimming !
Oh, mama loves Maine Coons and a friend of ours just got the most darling kitty. Maybe I’ll post her picture, Saki by name.
