Week-end prep…
Well, it’s the old TGIF, whatever that means, but I think it means to kick back a bit and just put your paws up and relax with no appointments, no demands, no errands you have to run, just utter, spaced-out BEING here.
So that’s what I’m doing.
Except for the fact that mama read me a piece this morning about the the Cambrian Period on our earth, when things started really jumping, over 500,000 years ago, and after I read about all those ancient fossils that have been found in China, I couldn’t snooze at all! The oceans are treasure troves it seems.
This info will not be everyone’s cup of tea, I’m sure, BUT the interesting thing mama found was that none of us would be here at all if it were not for tiny carnivorous creatures that developed because of a sudden supply of oxygen (from where, they are still debating), and from these tiny organisms, came we! Soooo…mama was thinking, all the vegetarians on the earth are really here only because of carnivores! Ha ha, just something to ponder whilst catching a few zs.
Or not.
Tee hee hee. That is a very smart point your momma made. I think Mom needs to tell that to her vegetarian furr-iend who I think is really itching to eat a good steak but won’t admit it.
So funny. I think that is more prevalent than we know…maybe her friend will read the article.
Dad is kind of a science geek so we ran over and asked him: “What is all this then about the Cambrian Period?”
He says that when the big dino’s “bent the crab,” yeah he says things like that, the small creature kept on going and became todays Mammals. LouLou that is so cool that we carnivores are the Tippy Top of All Things!

We LOVE science geeks around here. Yes, we carnivores sort of started everything, haha. Still, mama is leaning toward more veggies…uh, oh.
Well, Mama couldn’t open it – said something about Donation or Subscribe. But hey, carnivores? I do my part!! Gilets Jaunes arrive in Nice today from all over. And so does Macron and the President of China. Baks and some stores are boarded up on Av. Jean Medecin and the police and military will be out. YIKES!! Well, mama grabbing the computer from me so she can log into Nice-Matin and see what to expect……
OH, LORDY!!! I hope you are boarded up too, haha. Papa says Macron is stepping into the vacuum that T has created with China. I just hope for no devastation of Nice. Idiots, all. To get what you want you do NOT wreck your cities. IDIOTS! Do NOT wear yellow, Mya.
Whew – no yellow!! Not even a vest of ANY color – they are banned! We just got back from buying groceries and police everywhere (a good thing) but so far quiet…….
Thank heaven…hope all stays calm. BEAUTIFUL here, really amazing.
Guess your mama is very fond of carnivores if veggies are here because of them. 🙂 She does like her veggies.
Oh, yes, veggies are top of the list around here…unfortunately for me, haha.

I think the Cambrian was when there were giant dragonflies. Bu maybe that was later.
