Left out…poor little me…sigh.
Well, mama and papa had a really sweet visit from mama’s good friend in Austin, Texas, and he brought his partner, plus another couple and a crazy, wonderful woman from New Orleans, and I WAS NOT THERE TO BE SNUGGLED BY ALL FIVE OF THESE NEW FRIENDS!
I can’t understand how mama can keep professional snugglers from me like this. A little selfish, if you ask me. But no one did.
Still, I think these friends may be visiting MY turf one day soon and boy, will I make up for lost time, you can bet your paws.
Mama says they were such nice anthros, kind and good-hearted and loved everything about Italy and Rome and ate pizza and then went gallivanting off to Capri. Oh, to gallivant, mama said. But there are getting to be an awful lot of tourists everywhere and some days, mama says it’s hard to stay on a sidewalk without getting bumped off! I mean…er…pushed off into the street.
Well, I guess I just have to get some snuggles from my Furry Godmother. Yesterday she brushed me for 10 minutes…ah, ecstasy.
Loulou, if you ever again find yourself lacking in the snuggle department, I will be glad to help! Although it will be best if we can wait until it cools off a bit… 🙂

Mom says she wouldn’t mind one bit being bumped off a sidewalk if it meant that she could be vacationing in Italy again. Her and Dad haven’t been back for many years and they luved it. Mom would luv to give you brushes like she does me every day. Hugs.

How we think alike!!! We had wonderful guests TOO – and I have become the “official greeter” as I stand on the landing and wiggle all over and give my famous smile while the peeps come up the stairs. And I like that brushing idea! I never get brushed – but starting today, why not? Loulou you are very lucky. I think when my auntie Maria moves to Nice, I too, will have a Furry Godmother!! Yippee!!!

Well, you are missing all the good times in Italy but sounds like you’ve been having your own good times at home. Brushing for 10 – TEN – minutes? Unheard of around here.
