No more Dan on the ivories…sigh…
Well, I am very sad to report that my aunty and uncle will be off tomorrow, having a REALLY GOOD TIME WITHOUT ME! And without mama and papa, and instead, WITH MYA and her family, and so now that little bad doggy (my best friend, actually) will be getting ALL the petting and snuggles and oohs and aahs and coochy coochy coos from MY turn-coat relatives while I waste away with sadness at their departure!
Life is not fair sometimes.

BUT…they will at least be on the same soil.
For awhile. I’ll just have to phone them daily and myow a few hellos. I’m sure they won’t mind. They probably get up as early as I do, so around 5-6am should do it. Then they’ll know how much I love and miss them.

NO way would I give that treasure away. I was just trying to be nice and make them THINK I might give it to them. They have their own kitty, Kiki, back home. Or at least in the neighbourhood.
Awww, Loulou – well, I’ll soak up the attention in your place and have an extra kibble in your honor. We can’t wait to see your Auntie and Uncle on Monday – and you can give them that painting – there’s another one on the way!! Are we LUCKY or what!!?? I had little cousin Mignonne to share the poussette as we rolled around Nice and environs and for almost a month. But we’ll bring it to your house in a couple of weeks and you can sit in it. Roll around the terrace. One step (roll?) at a time……..
