BRRRRRR….. Feels like 1 degree but if we are in the wind (which we are NOT), it feels even colder. Lordy, lordy, that groundhog did not do his magic around here, but we’ve always been confused about that shadow thing. Let’s just face it, weather, in general, is completely wacky and our weather peeps on tv are always looking a bit baffled....
