Well, today, since I am packing up my computer for overnight, I thought I’d entertain you with lessons in how to play The String Game and hope that suffices, whatever that means.  You know those Washington Post funny word things they publish each year?  Well, they are fun to think up;  for example suffice–having enough sorbet in your freezer.  I’m sure you all out there can think up infinite new words for 2017!  Meanwhile, here goes:

First,  you look for said string.

It’s in there, just keep looking!

image

AHA! Found it.  Now hold on very tightly!

image

Let it know who is BOSS by pulling a few times violently with your saber teeth.

image

It will try to get away, but HOLD OLD.  That string is very cagey.

image

No matter how fast it tries to escape, keep batting at it and don’t worry about the blurred photos, okay?

image

You have to be RUTHLESS. Make it AFRAID of your muzzle!

image

It will try each time to grab your TAIL, so protect that at all costs.

image

Give it a good WHACK for being so ornery!

image

You have almost subdued that sucker–a few more seconds and it will be CONQUERED!

SUCCESS!!! VICTORY IS MINE!

Whew…that was a tough one.  Next time I’ll shred that sucker!
