Oh, boy, you think that nice lady in blue is examining me, but she just wanted to tickle my tummy!  I could go to the vet EVERY DAY if I could have massagers like this one!  Our vet is so, so nice and she said I really didn’t have much wrong anywhere except a little trouble getting up the stairs favouring my right paw.  But when mama was in bed last night, bammo, up I jumped, just like Olga (whoever she is) or Nureyev (whoever that is) and didn’t seem to have any problem at all.  Go figure.

OOPS…here she goes again, giving me a really nice back rub!!! A la Californienne, I think, or maybe it’s shiatsu, can’t tell.  Feldencrais?

Actually, our veterinaire magnifique also suggests a orthopaedic person who does animals with joint problems and is very successful.  I’m not quite there yet, but I do have some glucosamine pills to help a bit. We’ll see.  I think mama wants to take them for her knees, haha.

Mama told someone recently (he had a back problem) to get in a hot bath and pour a glass of hot saki.  And he said, “And then, do I pour it into the bath water?”  I’m sure he figured that one out…

But what’s THIS??? Papa rubbing on a way too cute doggy?  And he actually asked her NAME? Maya!  Not Mya, MAYA.  Damn.

Oh, great, now Maya is trying to jump on mama and kiss her!

OH, NOT AGAIN!  A Lhasa apso too cute for words! The next thing I know we’ll have Tibetan prayer beads around everyone’s neck!

Okay, I’m outta here…

Finally, some peace and quiet.  Aren’t there just PRIVATE VETS FOR KITTIES ONLY?

(Actually, I never see any doggies except Sara next door and Mya, so it wasn’t so bad.  They were awfully cute.)

MERCI, Mme. Vet, for my good care!
