HEY, I can make music!!!

Well, that just about says it all, doesn’t it. “Fare well.”

That’s what mama and papa want to say to their dear friend who will be moving to another life in Hawaii soon, and I, Loulou, am SURE that she WILL.  This is an anthro who fares well wherever she goes, sort of like the poem, “Rings on her fingers and bells on her toes—she shall have music wherever she goes.”  Even her name, Lala, is music, right?

And she will.

At least my “aunties” don’t decorate me like a kitty tree!!! Grandkids…

All of mama’s friends are sort of aunties to me, even if some are more doggy people than kitty adorers, but that never bothered me. They are all really nice to me and greet me and say goodbye when they leave, with perfect kitty manners. Mama’s friends even brought their DOGGY over one day to meet me and I was pretty interested (but of course, I couldn’t show it too much) and actually, I was sort of glad for the company because I’m a single kitty here with no outside connections to other kitties and maybe that’s not good.

Still, papa says that if we got another kitty for company for me, I would probably tear it’s throat out. That’s just a figure of speech—I’m the gentlest kitty on earth and don’t even know where the throat IS, for that matter!

Still, do single kitties get lonely? Do kitties get lonely at all? When mama and papa leave town, I feel pretty weird until that nice English lady shows up and showers me with affection (and FEEDS me), so at least I know where my bread is buttered, so to speak.

I’d like to know more about this single kitty thing, if any of you out there have opinions.

But I think we kitties miss our anthros when they’re away.

Just as friends do.
