Texas Blue Norther movin’ in!

(Beautiful photo by TextileRanger.com)

Well, I hear that it’s COLD in warm old Texas and when mama got up this morning in Kerrville to visit her brother, it was pouring rain and chilly as all get out and she hadn’t brought any proper clothes (well, THAT won’t happy again…) and so she put on two dresses and went off to see her brother in that nice place, hoping that no one would notice that one of them stuck out from under the other one as in, “Pardon, me, madam anthro, but your…er…slip is showing.”

Fortunately, she said, they were both of the same brownish tones (except I know that one she had on under the other one from going through her closet one day when I was chasing a fly and it’s a dress with a sort of Kon Tiki pattern and the one on top was covered with flowers like that one I was covered up in in another blog, so if Hawaiian Print goes with Floral Medley, so be it.  Still, mama was a Girl Scout and so she just improvised with what she had to keep warm and it worked.

Personally, I don’t give a hoot what anyone wears as long as I can leave a few little hairs somewhere as my calling card. But, seriously, folks, I really don’t shed and I get brushed all the time and hardly anything comes out, so I’m not a good candidate for messing up someone’s nice white garment, haha.  Or black garment if I try to rub the white part of me on them…

Uh, oh, mama just called to tell me that she and papa met the little cutesy-pootsie kitty at her sister-in-law’s house and then she said,

WHAT?????I’m not even going to print that until I get my blood pressure back down!!! Maybe tomorrow, or maybe never!
